 “Unveiling Authenticity: A Journalism Student's Perspective on Rural Village Life”

Hello, dear readers!

I’m Tisha Jadav from MJMC in LPU , a passionate journalism student with a love for storytelling , filming ,capturing and a curiosity for the world around us. As I dive into my latest adventure, I’m excited to share with you my journey into the heart of rural village  in Chiheru Punjab's life. This excursion is not just a trip; it’s a chance to uncover the stories, traditions, and everyday realities of a community that often remains hidden from view and unheard but as an opportunity to go into and talked with the locals got to know so many stories, struggles and hardships and beauty in which they live into with the purity of nature. 

Lets start by insights and captured photos which I took and got to know the reality from it ,

This picture signifies the station and this was very small station with only 1 platform and that was so sweet to see but the station has same feeling and nostalgia like any other station. So from here the village begins. 










- So this picture emphasis the gate of the village and it was made by the local people in tribute to 'Late Gubhrachan Singh Dhaliwal' in the memory. This shows the love and honesty towards the people in the place. Basically "HARMONY"









- This are the laborers from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar who are working here in the wage of 500/ a day, and we I asked them why you are here why you left your hometown only answer reverted was "PAISE KAMANE KE LIYE" 

In one word it would be " SACRIFICE"







 - The Beauty of nature and smell of purity and the soil of India {Bharat} 









- The Greenery Lane and the beauty speaks about this picture. 










- I''ll be honest I really don't know the name of this pipe or process in which water was coming but in our language we say " BORING KA PANI" and trust ne this tastes so refreshing and cold and little sweet as it was coming from underground and I just was so amazed with the beauty of all this and the processes. 







 - Meet this person he was "Mr Joga Singh" he said that he owns one of the most lands in left side of the village and some are of his lands are in rent. He was such a charming and happily person

In one word - "PROSPERITY "








- Lastly I really wanna write about this brave lady "RIHANA SEVA DENI" She was such a sweetheart and full of dignity and spirituality, she was so brave and courageous lady who left her hometown Moradabad In UP where she left the household of her toxic husband who used to beat her and torture her  she ran away 14 years back from there to Punjab and from then she resides in the village and help the people around her and she gives SEVA to the pilgrimages and gurudwaras she refuses to work for money and under anyone she lives with full of dignity and she only gives Seva to the god and people of god, she says gods arrange her food and safety no one is there to protect her despite the THE LORD . The courageousness and dignity in her eyes says how happily she living her life in the faith of Lord. But really wanna add one thing might me she came and years passed but she still miss her hometown and her home as their was pain hidden in her pretty smile. 

So lastly would like to end my story here as , it would be never ending its really  hard to write all the experience as the feeling can't be express that we witness physically. Going to insert more of the photos from the excursion which I clicked and you'll gonna witness the beauty of the nature as we forget this side of the life also despite being busy in our urban and busy computed lives.
